| MEET EILEEN |
Eileen Sullivan is a Certified EFT Practitioner (EFTCert-I) and an ordained
interfaith minister. She has worked with expectant and new mothers and
families since 1987, as a childbirth educator, holistic birth and
postpartum doula, birth advocate, La Leche League Leader and ICAN
Chapter Leader. For over two decades, Eileen has served as a mentor to
countless doulas, aspiring midwives and childbirth educators. She also
served as a holistic doula trainer for The Matrona, the NC State
Representative for the Childbirth and Postpartum Professional
Association (CAPPA) for four years, and a founding mother of her local
doula group (Charlotte Doulas).
Eileen discovered EFT in 2002, and it became a primary modality for her in
2004. She retired from doula work in 2009 to focus on EFT. Ms. Sullivan
specializes in EFT for the childbearing year, including fertility challenges,
preparing for labor and birth, VBAC, breastfeeding issues, and resolving
PTSD after a traumatic birth experience. She has an international EFT
practice via phone and Skype sessions, teleclasses and webinars.
Eileen is the author of numerous articles, including the classic Relative
Risks of Uterine Rupture in VBAC. She is working on an updated version,
