People often ask me to recommend good books and materials on EFT. Here are some of my favorites.
I've put the books at the top, since they're the most commonly requested items. The first few are about

excellent training DVDs listed below, as well as the Try It On Everything DVD (full-length documentary
movie about EFT). Take a look at these materials and expand your knowledge.

Made especially for children to help them learn and use EFT, Tappy Bear is a big, plush, cuddly
stuffed bear with little "buttons" (don't worry; they're kid-safe) at each of the EFT tapping points.
Each Tappy is handmade, so no two are exactly alike. They have the sweetest, most compassionate
expressions! Perhaps because of this, we've found that Tappy appeals to teens and adults too.
